It happened so that lately we mainly talk about such activities of YMCA Lviv as master classes and creative meetings.
Meanwhile, the war continues and our volunteer work continues too.
So, we report!
Continuing our humanitarian mission, we, in cooperation with Student Fraternity of Lviv region, keep sending humanitarian aid to the military and civilians. Over the past 3 months, we sent 20 tons of humanitarian aid to the front and near-front zones.
As part of the Soldiers Mission of YMCA Lviv, we:
– Participated in the closing of requests for the «You`ll never be alone” fund, the founder of which is our lawyer Bohdan Zdanevych, and helped raise money for a pickup truck and 2 Mavic 3 drones for our defenders who perform tasks in the Bakhmut direction. The car is still being repaired, but all this will go to the boys in the nearest future. Bohdan also sent a generator to the east.
Unbreakable project manager Maria Kisil handed over the drone and remote control for it to the artillery, and repair tools for the tank company.
Our communication manager Lesya Stankevich has sent a starlink for the infantry to the East.
Also, together we handed over another generator, and joined the fundraising for tactical medicine and handed over UAH 57,000 for the purchase of 100 tourniquets. We thank “Medoidy” organization for helping to order and send them!
Thus, during this time, we were able to close requests for assistance to our defenders for approximately UAH 600,000.
We do not stop and continue our work! Our defenders hold the front for us, and we will hold the rear.
